I am aware and have understood that certain risk and dangers are involved in any trip under the arrangements of company and its subsidiaries, associates or agents.

I am also aware that I may be subject to accidents caused by forces of nature, illness in regions with little or no medical facilities without means of rapid evacuation and delays or changes in the itinerary beyond the control of company.

In consideration to the above, and as part of the payment for the right to participate in such activities, I have and hereby assume all the above risk and will hold company harmless from and defend them against any liability actions, causes of actions suits, debts, demands and claims of every kind and nature whatsoever may arise out in connection with trip or arranged for me by company and their subsidiaries.

This agreement shall serve as a release and assumption risk and release for my heirs, administrators, executors and all members of my family including any minors accompanying me and myself.

I hereby agree I travel at my own risk and accept all the above risk, dangers and conditions as well as agree to pay any and all additional costs that may arise.

(You will need to sign this agreement before embarking on any of the trips under the management of company and its associates).

Payments  

All payments are to be made in US dollars, Sterling Pounds, Euros cash or travelers cheque.

We will require 20% of the total invoice of the booked trip at least 25 days prior to the start date so that we can go ahead with the reservations.

Although it is not require we would appreciate if you could pay the full amount at least 10 days prior to the start of the trip date. If not then the payment can be done here in Nepal upon arrival.

Cancellations

Anyone wish to cancel a trip or terminate the program booked.

25 days before departure - Deposited Amount.

7 days before departure date : 50% Refund

Less than 7 days before departure : No Refund.
