Booking Requirements

Bookings should be made in written form by fax, e-mail or online submission. The booking will be confirmed as soon as possible by e-mail.  On all tours, rooms or tents are provided in twin sharing basis. Thus, single room supplement charge will be imposed to client who does not have another tour participant to share room / tent with. Additionally to the tour price a single room/ tent charge is to be paid.

Payments, Cancellations or Refunds

Ø  All payments are to be made in US dollars, Sterling Pounds, Euros cash or travelers cheque.

Ø  We will require 20% of the total invoice of the booked trip at least 25 days prior to the start date so that we can go ahead with the reservations.

Ø  Although it is not require we would appreciate if you could pay the full amount at least 10 days prior to the start of the trip date. If not then the payment can be done here in Nepal upon arrival.

Ø  Anyone wish to cancel a trip or terminate the program booked.

Ø  25 days before departure- Deposited Amount.

Ø  7 days before departure date: 50% Refund.

Ø  Less than 7 days before departure: No Refund.

To make changes of any tour itinerary, prior notice is requested. The clients are advised to stay in touch with Buddha Eye Treks thus. But occasionally, the clients may be grateful to do so en route under certain circumstance for instance bad weather etc. No refund will be made to the clients who drop out from the journey regardless of whatever portions remain unused in the itinerary.

Buddha Eye Treks(BET) shall not be responsible for any delays and modifications in the program/itinerary or expenses incurred directly or indirectly due to natural hazards, flight cancellation, accident, breakdown of transport, weather, sickness, landslides, closures blockades due to political unrest or any such incidents.

BET shall not be responsible for any loss, injury or damage to person, property or otherwise in connection with any accommodation, transportation or other services resulting directly or indirectly from any act of nature, dangers, fire, accident, strikes, thefts, epidemics or any other causes beyond Buddha Eye Trek’s control.

If BET cancels a booked trip due to unexpected conditions like war, natural disasters, conflict, unfavorable climate etc. BET would be happy to submit an alternative tour with similar standard. If the clients are not satisfied with this, all money paid by the clients will be refunded. Any other expenses incurred by the clients as a result of this booking are entirely their responsibility.
