Many people still do not know that trekking does not have to be agonizingly difficult. Most of treks follow old trails with good facilities on the way. Trails are often steep, but you can walk at your own pace.

Our trekking day looks like this:

A typical trekking day starts around 6 am with a cup of hot tea followed by a bowl of warm water for washing and cleaning. After packing up, breakfast is served: porridge, muesli, cornflakes, toast with butter, jam, eggs and tea/coffee. Around 7.30/8.00, you set off on your day's trek.

Our staff will pack up all the camping equipment, food and bags, and carry them to the next camping site. Trekkers carry only personal belongings -water bottles, rain gear, cameras etc.

The day is quite flexible, the only constraint being the aim to reach camp by about 3.00/4.00 pm. You can take time to view the beautiful landscape, take photos, and take short break. Walking to the lunch spot normally takes about 3 hours, and lunch is served on arrival. The afternoon walk takes about 3 to 4 hours. Tea and snacks are served around 6.00 pm , in the dining tent, lit with a pressurized lantern and furnished with a table and camping stools. After dinner the leader/guide will brief you on the next day before you retire to your Tent. Tents and foam mattresses are provided by us, and in every camp there will be a simple toilet tent.

The experienced cook and his team prepare a variety of healthy and wholesome foods. On the way, fresh vegetables, eggs and meats are procured where available, and enough staple products will be carried for the entire route. Health and hygiene are taken into consideration in the preparation of food.

In the normal area of trekking, you can choose Tea House Trekking by staying in local mountain lodges and Your guide will ensure that the food is prepared in a hygienic way in local lodges.

Most of the trekking routes in Nepal are traditionally used by villagers and traders of the present and of bygone days. With the help of our experienced trekking staff, we prepare you trekking itinerary to suit. If you have any individual needs, we can tailor your trek accordingly. If you could kindly let us know the duration, area and season of the trek, as well as the number taking part, we will happily send you the price and all the details.
